Welcome to Guwahati! After landing at Guwahati Airport, begin your journey to Kaziranga. Enjoy scenic views of Assam’s sprawling tea gardens along the way. Once you arrive, check in to your camp/lodge and unwind. Later, you may stroll to a nearby tribal village to learn about the rich traditions and lifestyle of the locals. Return to your accommodation for a peaceful overnight stay surrounded by nature.

Start your day with a thrilling jeep safari in Kaziranga National Park, where you’ll have the chance to spot the iconic one-horned rhinoceros along with elephants, wild buffalo, tigers, and a variety of bird species. After the safari, return to your hotel to check out before departing for Shillong. On the way, soak in the stunning views of Umiam Lake. Once in Shillong, check-in at your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. If you wish, you can explore Bishop Falls for its peaceful ambiance or visit the beautiful All Saints Cathedral, known for its elegant Gothic-style architecture.

After checking out, proceed to visit the picturesque Elephant Falls, a beautiful three-layered cascade surrounded by rich greenery. Then, continue your journey to Cherrapunji, celebrated for its dramatic cliffs and abundant rainfall. Discover the stunning Seven Sisters Falls, where seven streams flow gracefully down the mountainside. Capture the breathtaking sight of Nohkalikai Falls, India’s highest plunge waterfall. Explore the fascinating limestone passages of Mawsmai and Arwah Caves, featuring unique rock formations and fossils. Later, drive to your hotel in Cherrapunji and check in for a comfortable overnight stay.

Begin your morning with a drive to Tyrna Village, the starting point of your thrilling trek. Walk through charming Khasi settlements and lush green trails as you make your way to the iconic Double Decker Living Root Bridge. Then, take a short trek to the Single Decker Living Root Bridge at Riwai Village and witness the fascinating Balancing Rock, a natural wonder. After your exploration, continue your journey to Dawki, check in at your hotel, and unwind for the night.

After checking out, travel to Shnongpdeng Village, known for its glass-clear river where you can enjoy exciting activities like boating and kayaking (at additional cost). Then continue your journey to Shillong, stopping en route at the picturesque Krang Shuri Waterfalls, surrounded by lush greenery and admired for its peaceful ambiance.
