❌ CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the cancellation policy of the respective service providers.
Once confirmed, Burj Khalifa tickets, Dhow Cruise, Desert Safari and other activity tickets may be non-refundable, subject to supplier terms.
Any cancellation or amendment must be requested in writing.
No refund will be provided for unused services, missed transfers, late arrival or early departure.
In case of a no-show, the booking will be treated as fully utilized and no refund will be applicable.
Refunds, if any, will be processed after deduction of applicable cancellation charges and service fees.
