Flight tickets, visa fees, attraction tickets and other non-refundable services may require 100% advance payment at the time of booking.
Any additional service requested after confirmation will be charged separately and must be paid before the service is arranged.
Cancellation 30 days or more prior to arrival:
Cancellation charges will be as per the actual charges levied by the hotels, transport providers and activity suppliers.
Cancellation 15–29 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total package cost will be charged, or actual supplier cancellation charges, whichever is higher.
Cancellation within 15 days of arrival: 100% cancellation charges will apply.
No-show: 100% of the package cost will be non-refundable.
Once booked, airline tickets, visa fees, activity tickets and other non-refundable services will be subject to their respective cancellation policies.
Any unused services due to late arrival, early departure, missed transfers or voluntary changes by the traveller will be nonrefundable.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after receipt of the refund from the respective suppliers and may take additional processing time.
Cancellation charges may vary depending on hotel, transport and activity supplier policies. The actual supplier cancellation policy will prevail wherever it differs from the above standard policy.
In case of unforeseen circumstances, natural calamities, government restrictions, operational disruptions or other events beyond the control of the service provider, applicable supplier terms and actual incurred costs will apply.
The itinerary is subject to availability and confirmation of hotels, transfers, sightseeing and activities at the time of booking.
Hotel check-in and check-out will be as per the hotel's standard policy. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
The sightseeing sequence may be changed depending on weather conditions, traffic, local conditions, attraction operating hours and operational feasibility, without affecting the overall services.

Coral Island Tour is subject to sea conditions and local authority/boat operator regulations. Water sports are optional and payable directly by the guest unless specifically included.
Safari World & Marine Park is on SIC (Seat-in-Coach) basis. Pick-up and drop-off points/timings will be as advised by the local operator.
SIC services may involve sharing the vehicle with other travellers and may have fixed pick-up/drop-off points.
Entrance tickets and activities are valid only for the date and service mentioned in the booking. Unused tickets or services are generally non-refundable.
Guests are requested to carry a valid passport and all necessary travel/entry documents. Any visa, immigration or entry requirements must be fulfilled by the traveller.
The passenger name on all travel documents should match the passport exactly. Any amendment charges arising due to incorrect information will be borne by the traveller.
Meals will be provided only as specifically mentioned in the package. Any additional meals, beverages or special meal requests will be chargeable.
Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, minibar, beverages, shopping and tips are not included unless specifically mentioned.
Any increase in government taxes, entrance fees, fuel charges, transportation costs or other mandatory charges after confirmation may be payable by the traveller.
In case of flight delays, cancellations, missed transfers or changes in flight schedules, additional transfer or accommodation costs, if any, will be borne by the traveller unless otherwise covered by the supplier.
The company will not be responsible for delays or service disruptions caused by weather, traffic, natural calamities, government restrictions, strikes or other circumstances beyond its control.
Guests are advised to keep valuables, passports and personal belongings safely. The company will not be responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
Any complaint regarding hotel rooms, meals, transfers or sightseeing should be reported immediately to the local representative/service provider so that corrective action can be attempted during the trip.
