Trip Highlights
  • Embark on the sacred Do Dham Yatra, a divine pilgrimage that leads you to Kedarnath and Badrinath, where Kedarnath’s revered Jyotirlinga signifies the eternal presence of Lord Shiva, and Badrinath’s holy shrine is dedicated to Lord Vishnu—guiding devotees on a profound path of faith and devotion.
  • Soak in the spiritual essence of Badrinath, nestled in the majestic Himalayas, where devotees take a holy dip in Tapt Kund before offering prayers, embracing peace and enlightenment.
  • Experience the powerful divinity of Kedarnath as you journey along mist-laden trails, cross icy glacial streams, and follow the sacred Mandakini River to one of the highest Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva.
  • Witness the sacred confluence at Rudraprayag, where the Alaknanda and Mandakini rivers unite, a site believed to be blessed by the appearance of Lord Shiva in his Rudra avatar, radiating divine energy.
  • Visit the revered Vyas Gufa, an ancient cave adorned with age-old inscriptions, where Sage Ved Vyasa is believed to have meditated and dictated the Mahabharata to Lord Ganesha.

Welcome to Haridwar! Upon arrival at the railway station or bus stand, proceed to Rishikesh for your yatra registration. After completing the necessary formalities, continue your scenic drive through the picturesque Himalayan landscapes to Guptkashi. On arrival, check in to your hotel and unwind after the long journey. In the evening, you may explore the local markets to shop for souvenirs or relax and enjoy a peaceful overnight stay.

After check-out, proceed on a scenic drive to Sonprayag. From here, take a government jeep (at an additional cost) to Gaurikund, the starting point of the Kedarnath trek. You may choose to hire a pony or begin your trek on foot, navigating rugged trails, crossing mountain streams, lush valleys, and steep ascents. Along the way, enjoy breathtaking views of the towering peaks of the Garhwal Himalayas, including Bharatekunta.

Upon reaching Kedarnath, visit the sacred Kedarnath Temple, witness the divine evening aarti, and immerse yourself in the serene spiritual atmosphere. Later, descend and check in at your accommodation for a restful overnight stay.

Wake up to a stunning Himalayan sunrise before beginning your descent. As you journey back, soak in panoramic views of snow-clad peaks, cascading streams, and lush green valleys. Upon reaching Gaurikund, you may take a government jeep (at your own expense) to Sonprayag. From there, continue your scenic drive to Guptkashi, passing through picturesque mountain landscapes. On arrival, check in to your hotel and relax, enjoying a peaceful overnight stay.

In the morning, check out from your hotel and proceed on a scenic drive to Badrinath. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and prepare for your visit to the sacred Badrinath Temple. Before entering the shrine, you may take a holy dip in the Tapt Kund hot spring.

Nestled between the Nar and Narayan mountain ranges and backed by the majestic Neelkanth Peak, the temple exudes a serene and deeply spiritual atmosphere. After darshan, explore the revered Vyas Gufa and Ganesha Gufa, and visit the charming Mana Village, the last village of India.

After check-out, proceed on a scenic drive to Pipalkoti. En route, stop at Vishnuprayag, the sacred confluence of the Alaknanda and Dhauliganga rivers, where Lord Vishnu is believed to have meditated. Continue to Nandprayag, where the Nandakini River merges with the Alaknanda, creating another spiritually significant sangam.

Next, visit Karnaprayag, associated with Karna, the legendary warrior from the Mahabharata, who is believed to have performed penance here to gain divine strength. Upon arrival in Pipalkoti, check in to your hotel and relax, enjoying a peaceful overnight stay.

After check-out, proceed on a scenic drive to Haridwar. En route, stop at the sacred confluences of Devprayag and Rudraprayag, where holy rivers merge in divine harmony, offering a breathtaking view filled with spiritual significance. Take time to admire the natural beauty and absorb the serene energy of these revered sites.

Upon arrival, you will be dropped at the Haridwar railway station or bus stand for your onward journey, marking the conclusion of your memorable pilgrimage.
