On arrival at Guwahati Airport or Railway Station, meet our representative for a warm welcome. Transfer to Bhalukpong, located at the border of Assam and Arunachal Pradesh. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and spend the evening at leisure. Overnight stay in Bhalukpong.

After breakfast, transfer to Dirang. En route, stop at Tipi on the banks of the Bharali River, situated at an elevation of 190 meters, featuring an orchidarium with over 500 orchid species. Continue the drive with a break at Nag Temple. Upon arrival in Dirang, check in to your hotel. In the afternoon, visit seasonal apple and kiwi farms, followed by Dirang Monastery and Kalachakra Monastery. Overnight stay in Dirang.

After breakfast, embark on a 130 km journey to Tawang. En route, enjoy the stunning views of Sela Pass and Sela Lake. A short 10 km drive brings you to the Jaswant Garh War Memorial. Continue to visit the scenic Nuranang Falls. Upon arrival in Tawang, check in to your hotel. The evening is free for leisure. Overnight stay in Tawang.

After breakfast, begin your local sightseeing tour of Tawang. You may choose to visit the Bum La Pass (optional), located at an elevation of 5,000 meters, marking the Indo-China border. While at Bum La, see the historic route through which the Dalai Lama entered India seeking refuge. Continue to Shonga-tser Lake (Madhuri Lake) and Taktsang Gompa. Later, visit Tawang Monastery, the largest Buddhist monastery in India. Conclude the day by exploring Tawang’s local markets in the evening. Overnight stay in Tawang.

Start your day with a hearty breakfast and transfer to Bomdila (8,200 ft.). Upon arrival, check in to your hotel. After some relaxation, visit Gontse Rabgyaling Monastery (Upper Gompa) and Thub-Chog Gatsel Ling Monastery (Lower Gompa). In the evening, explore the local market and enjoy some leisure time. Overnight stay in Bomdila.

Today involves a long journey, so after a hearty breakfast, begin your drive to Guwahati. Upon arrival, spend the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay in Guwahati.

After breakfast, transfer to Guwahati Airport or Railway Station, marking the end of your trip. If time permits, enjoy a complimentary visit to the Kamakhya Temple. Depart for home with a collection of wonderful memories.

  • Airfare to and from the starting point of the trip is not included in the package cost.

  • Dustbins are provided throughout the villages; travelers are expected to dispose of waste responsibly. Littering may attract fines as local councils strictly enforce cleanliness.

  • Travelers are responsible for their international airfare, visa fees, airport taxes, and insurance coverage.

  • Personal expenses such as drinks, laundry, telephone calls, tips, camera fees, or any item not specifically listed under “Included” are not covered.

  • Changes in the itinerary due to circumstances beyond control—such as flight/train schedule changes, cancellations, political disturbances, or natural events—will not be accommodated in the package cost.

  • No reimbursement will be provided for any missed services or facilities.

  • Consumption of alcohol or any intoxicants during the tour is strictly prohibited.

  • Vehicles for sightseeing are provided only as per the itinerary and are not on disposal.

  • Tour pricing may vary depending on the number of participants.

  • The tour passes through eco-sensitive zones; avoid littering at local sites or campsites.

  • Valid ID proof is mandatory for all guests at the time of booking and upon arrival (PAN card is not accepted as address proof).

  • Foreign nationals must provide passport and visa details at booking and upon arrival.

  • Any damage or breakage of property or items will be charged at actual cost.

If you Cancel your Holiday
You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below :

If we change or cancel your holiday

We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements.
Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date.
We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.
If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. bad weather):We shall first try to offer alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn't already commenced.
If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a pro-rata basis depending on the portion of the tour utilized by you.
In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited to refunding to you the price we charged as tour fees.
If you want to change your holiday plan
After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way (e.g. your chosen departure date or accommodation), we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by you.

If you have a complaint
If you face any problem during your holiday, please inform the relevant supplier (e.g. your hotelier, transporter etc.) and/or our representative immediately who will endeavor to set things right. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please follow this up within 28 days of your return home by writing to us, with your booking reference and all other relevant information. However, please be advised that while we are happy to assist you in the redressal of your complaint, if any, we will be able to extend only our best efforts in managing/coordinating your complaint with the respective service provider. All third party service providers are independent contractors who are at no time under our control or supervision.
