    This 12-day tour of Arunachal Pradesh with Meghalaya and Kaziranga covers some of the most breathtaking locations across these three states of India’s Seven Sisters. Traverse green mountains blanketed with lush forests, admire snowy peaks adorned with colorful prayer flags, and explore serene valleys. Begin your journey to Cherrapunjee, stopping en route for a photo opportunity at Umiam Lake, one of the largest man-made lakes in Northeast India.

Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and spend the evening at leisure, soaking in the serene surroundings.

After breakfast at 7 AM, drive to Tyrna Village to begin your trek to the famous Double Decker Root Bridge in Nongriat, accompanied by a local guide.

For adventure enthusiasts, you can extend the hike to Rainbow Falls at an additional cost of INR 1,500. The trek concludes with a climb of approximately 3,500 steps back to the village by evening.

Return to Cherrapunjee for your overnight stay, reflecting on the day’s scenic and adventurous experiences.

After breakfast, depart for Kaziranga National Park. En route, explore some of Meghalaya’s natural wonders, including the Mawsmai Caves, Nohkalikai Falls, and Seven Sisters Falls, each offering breathtaking views that are sure to leave you spellbound.

Arrive at Kaziranga in the evening, unwind, and enjoy the lush green surroundings. Conclude your day with dinner and a comfortable overnight stay at Kaziranga.

Start your day early with an elephant ride (optional, at your own cost) to explore one zone of Kaziranga National Park, home to a rich variety of wildlife, including the famous one-horned rhinoceros and numerous bird species.

Return to your hotel for a delicious breakfast. In the afternoon, enjoy an exciting jeep safari through the park, spotting wildlife and soaking in the scenic landscapes.

Return to your hotel in the evening for a relaxing overnight stay at Kaziranga.

After breakfast, begin your journey to Bomdila (8,200 ft.), transitioning from the green plains of Assam to the lush, mountainous landscapes of Arunachal Pradesh.

Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and spend some time relaxing. In the evening, visit the Gontse Rabgyaling Monastery (Upper Gonpa) and Thub-Chog Gatsel Ling Monastery (Lower Gonpa) to experience the serene spiritual ambiance of the region.

After breakfast, embark on a mesmerizing road journey to Tawang, enjoying the scenic landscapes along the way.

Stop to admire the snow-capped Sela Pass at 14,000 ft and visit the historic Jaswant Garh War Memorial. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and spend the evening at leisure.

After a delicious breakfast, visit the iconic Tawang Monastery, one of the largest and most significant monasteries in India.

Next, explore Urgelling Gompa, the birthplace of the 6th Dalai Lama, and visit the War Memorial to learn about the region’s historical significance.

Stop by the Tawang Craft Center to browse exquisite masks, handwoven carpets, and jewelry crafted from silver, coral, and amber.

Spend the evening at leisure, soaking in the serene ambiance of Tawang.

Start your morning with a delicious breakfast before setting out to explore the high-altitude wonders around Tawang.

Visit Shonga-tser Lake (popularly known as Madhuri Lake) and then continue to Sangetsar Lake, surrounded by pristine mountains and picturesque landscapes. Take a break to enjoy momos and Maggi while observing remnants of the 1962 war bunkers.

Proceed to the Bumla Pass, located about 37 km from Tawang, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding snow-capped mountains. On your return, stop at PTSO Lake for some memorable photographs.

Drive back to your hotel in the afternoon and spend the evening at leisure.

Start your day with a hearty breakfast before transferring to Dirang (1,560 m).

Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and relax. In the afternoon, visit the apple and kiwi farms (season permitting), and explore the Dirang Monastery and Kalachakra Monastery to experience the local culture and spiritual heritage.

After breakfast, depart for Bhalukpong.

En route, visit Tipi Orchidarium on the banks of the River Bharali, situated at an elevation of 190 meters, home to over 500 species of orchids. Take a break to explore the Nag Temple before continuing your drive.

Upon arrival in Bhalukpong, check in to your hotel and unwind.

After breakfast, transfer to Guwahati, the gateway to Assam. On the way, cross the 1.4 km-long Brahmaputra River bridge, offering spectacular panoramic views of the mighty river.

Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and relax. In the evening, you can either visit Kalakshetra to enjoy the traditional light and sound show or opt for a sunset cruise on the Brahmaputra (optional, direct payment).

  • Personal Expenses: Items such as drinks, laundry, telephone calls, tips, camera fees, or any other services not explicitly listed under ‘Inclusions’ are considered exclusions.

  • Itinerary Changes: Changes due to factors beyond our control—such as flight/train schedule alterations, cancellations, political disturbances, or natural events—will not be accommodated in the tour cost. No reimbursement will be provided for missed services or facilities.

  • Conduct: Consumption of alcohol or other intoxicants is strictly prohibited during the tour.

  • Transportation: Vehicles for sightseeing are available only as per the itinerary and are not at disposal for personal use.

  • Pricing: Tour pricing may vary depending on the number of travelers.

  • Eco-Friendly Travel: The tour passes through eco-sensitive zones. Travelers are requested not to litter at local sites or campsites.

  • ID & Documentation: Valid ID proof is mandatory for all guests at the time of booking and upon arrival. PAN cards are not accepted as valid address proof. Foreign nationals must provide passport and visa details at booking and on arrival.

  • Damages: Any breakage or damage to property during the tour will be charged at actual cost.

You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below :

If we change or cancel your holiday

We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements.
Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date.
We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.
If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. bad weather):We shall first try to offer alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn't already commenced.
If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a pro-rata basis depending on the portion of the tour utilized by you.
In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited to refunding to you the price we charged as tour fees.
If you want to change your holiday plan
After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way (e.g. your chosen departure date or accommodation), we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by you.

If you have a complaint
If you face any problem during your holiday, please inform the relevant supplier (e.g. your hotelier, transporter etc.) and/or our representative immediately who will endeavor to set things right. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please follow this up within 28 days of your return home by writing to us, with your booking reference and all other relevant information. However, please be advised that while we are happy to assist you in the redressal of your complaint, if any, we will be able to extend only our best efforts in managing/coordinating your complaint with the respective service provider. All third party service providers are independent contractors who are at no time under our control or supervision.
