    By Air:
    The most convenient way to reach Kathmandu is by taking a direct flight from India. Tribhuvan International Airport, located just 6 km from the city center, is well-connected to major Indian cities like Delhi and Kolkata, with flight durations of approximately 1.5 hours.

    By Rail:
    A direct train runs from Jainagar (Bihar) to Janakpur in Nepal, followed by a road trip to Kathmandu. However, a more practical option is to travel by train to Gorakhpur or Raxaul, which are well-linked to major Indian cities, and then continue by cab or bus to Kathmandu.

    By Road:
    Nepal shares six road border crossings with India, making road travel a scenic and budget-friendly choice. Travelers from Delhi or Varanasi often prefer the Sunauli border near Bhairahawa. Daily air-conditioned buses and private cars are available on this route. Other frequently used crossings include Raxaul (near Patna) and Panitanki (near West Bengal).

After breakfast, your driver will pick you up from the hotel for a half-day sightseeing tour in Kathmandu. Begin with a visit to the iconic Swayambhunath Stupa, followed by the historic Patan Durbar Square. Once the sightseeing concludes, you will be transferred to the airport, carrying with you a bag full of cherished memories from your trip.

Know Before You Go for Kathmandu and Pokhara Tour – 5 Days

  • Carry valid IDs and your booking voucher.

  • Please adhere to the suggested departure timings to avoid any inconvenience.

  • International and domestic flights are not included in the package.

  • Visa assistance is available, but charges are not included.

  • Travel insurance is recommended but not included in the package cost.

  • Personal expenses and mandatory hotel taxes (if any) will be borne by travelers at the destination.

Rescheduling Policy for Private (Standard & Deluxe) and Group Bookings:

  1. Rescheduling made 7 days after the booking date up to 15 days prior to the date of travel will incur 30% of the total tour cost as rescheduling fees.

  2. Rescheduling made 0 to 15 days before the date of travel will incur 100% of the total tour cost as cancellation fees.

  3. Bookings made 15 days prior to the date of travel cannot be rescheduled or modified.

Rescheduling Policy for Private (Super Deluxe) and Hotel-Specific Bookings:

  • No modifications or rescheduling will be allowed. Standard cancellation policy will apply.

Force Majeure:

  • In the event of natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances, the organizers reserve the right to reschedule tours or offer alternative itineraries to ensure the safety of clients and staff.

Cancellation After Rescheduling:

  • Clients who reschedule their tours and later decide to cancel will be subject to the standard cancellation policy. Any rescheduling fees paid will be non-refundable.

If you Cancel your Holiday
You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below :

If we change or cancel your holiday

We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements.
Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date.
We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.
If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. bad weather):We shall first try to offer alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn't already commenced.
If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a pro-rata basis depending on the portion of the tour utilized by you.
In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited to refunding to you the price we charged as tour fees.
If you want to change your holiday plan
After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way (e.g. your chosen departure date or accommodation), we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by you.

If you have a complaint
If you face any problem during your holiday, please inform the relevant supplier (e.g. your hotelier, transporter etc.) and/or our representative immediately who will endeavor to set things right. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please follow this up within 28 days of your return home by writing to us, with your booking reference and all other relevant information. However, please be advised that while we are happy to assist you in the redressal of your complaint, if any, we will be able to extend only our best efforts in managing/coordinating your complaint with the respective service provider. All third party service providers are independent contractors who are at no time under our control or supervision.

All booking vouchers and tickets will be provided 3 days before departure.
